The movie, “Harriet,” will be shown at the library on Monday, March 23, at 2 p.m. The movie traces Harriet Tubman’s escape from slavery and transformation into one of America’s greatest heroes, whose courage and tenacity freed hundreds of slaves and changed the course of history.
